How it works

Apply & get approved

Tell us your specialty and experience, and optionally upload ID and proof of address. We personally review every application before approving you for paid sessions.

Take paid sessions

Members book you for live 1:1 coaching — openers, confidence, conversation, delivery. You set your availability.

Request your payout

Members pay with their Suave credit balance. When you're ready, submit a payout request for the sessions you've delivered — we review it and send your earnings out in USD. See the Specialist Agreement for how this works today.

Every application — including any ID and proof of address you upload — is personally reviewed and approved before a coach can take paid work. We take trust and safety seriously so members do too.
