How it works

Practice, then it's automatic

Four simple steps between you and a conversation you don't freeze in.

01

Pick a partner & a moment

Choose who you want to practise with, then the scenario — opening at a coffee shop, a first date, keeping a match talking, asking someone out, or calming your nerves.

02

Have a real conversation

Tap to call and actually talk out loud. Your partner listens and speaks back in real time, like a phone call — and reacts like a real human. The rapport has to be earned.

03

Get coached

When you hang up, your coach breaks down the whole conversation: what worked, a confidence score, and two or three stronger lines you could have used.

04

Run it back

Try the same moment again with a bolder approach. Watch your confidence score climb. That's how nervous becomes natural.

Scenarios to start with
☕️
Coffee-shop approach
Break the ice with someone in line — out loud, no script.
🌹
First date
Sitting across from each other. Keep it warm and flowing.
💬
Keep a match talking
Your match hopped on a call. Don't let it fizzle into 'haha nice'.
Ask them out
You've been talking a while. Time to actually make the ask.
😅
Recover an awkward moment
You said something clumsy. Save it with grace, not a spiral.
🫶
Open up about nerves
Practice being honest and warm when you're feeling anxious.
